Keeping Your Account Safe

BingoPlus Net takes account security seriously. All connections use SSL encryption so your login data travels safely. Beyond that, here are habits that will protect your account long-term:

• Use a unique password that you don't reuse on other sites.
• Never share your credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be support staff.
• Enable OTP verification from your account settings for an extra checkpoint.
• Log out after each session if you're on a shared or public device.
• Regularly check your win and transaction history for any activity you don't recognise.

Trouble Logging In? Here's What to Check

Most login issues come down to a few common causes. Before reaching out to support, run through these quick checks:

Wrong credentials — double-check your username spelling and make sure your password is entered exactly as registered. Passwords are case-sensitive, so "Bingo123" and "bingo123" are different.

Password forgotten — use the "Forgot your password?" link on this page. You'll be guided through a reset process using your registered email or mobile number.

Account not yet verified — if you registered recently but haven't confirmed your email or completed identity verification, some account features may be restricted. Check your inbox for a verification email from BingoPlus Net.

Browser or app issues — clearing your browser cache or updating the BingoPlus Net app to the latest version resolves most technical login errors.
