01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing BingoPlus Net and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including those who browse without registering.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use BingoPlus Net. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use BingoPlus Net, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under Philippine law or any applicable regulation.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own identity — not on behalf of another person or entity.

BingoPlus Net takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment source after verification.

03 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual is allowed to hold one active account on BingoPlus Net. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered number. Do not share your account details with anyone.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false details — including a fake name, date of birth, or identity documents — may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on BingoPlus Net are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Philippine e-wallets (including GCash and Maya)
• Bank transfer via Philippine banks
• Philippine online banking

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals. BingoPlus Net does not facilitate transactions through any foreign currency accounts.

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held in the name of the registered player. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.

05 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on BingoPlus Net — including Live Casino tables, Slots, Slot Games, Sports Betting, and eBingo — operate under standard game rules. Outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, virtual games) are determined by certified random number generator systems. Live Casino results are determined by real-time dealer play under standard card and table game rules.

The following conduct is prohibited on the platform:

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain — any such gains may be reversed.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

BingoPlus Net reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

BingoPlus Net may offer bonuses, rewards, or promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to any active promotion — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, or expiry periods — will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

No specific bonus percentage, cash amount, or wagering requirement is guaranteed on an ongoing basis. Players should check the current promotions section of their account for any active offers and their associated terms.

07 Responsible Gaming

BingoPlus Net is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All gaming on the platform involves financial risk, and no game or betting strategy guarantees a profit. Players should approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

We strongly encourage all players to:

• Set a clear budget for each session and not exceed it.
• Use account-level tools to set deposit or session limits where available.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended uninterrupted sessions.

08 Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. It is not sold to unrelated third parties.

All data transmissions between your device and BingoPlus Net are protected by SSL encryption. Account login is further protected by OTP-based two-factor authentication for eligible actions.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

BingoPlus Net reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is detected or suspected.
• The account is associated with prohibited conduct such as bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated tools.
• A player is identified as being under the required age of 21.
• Required KYC documentation has not been submitted within a reasonable timeframe upon request.

In cases of confirmed terms violations, BingoPlus Net may forfeit all or part of the balance held in the account. Where a suspension is found to be in error, the account will be reinstated and any affected balance restored.

10 Limitation of Liability

BingoPlus Net provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

BingoPlus Net is not liable for any financial loss arising from game results, network interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. In cases where a technical error affects the outcome of a verified game round, BingoPlus Net will review the situation and may void the affected bet at its discretion.

BingoPlus Net will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. The decision of BingoPlus Net on disputes related to game results and account actions is final, subject to applicable law.
